Room access via outside staircase may not be ideal for everyone!!! Limited room servicing may not meet all travelers' preferences!!! A more comprehensive kitchen setup would be a plus!!!

Just spent two nights in a ground floor studio with a glimpse of the sea! Great location and nearby options for coffee and groceries. A lovely stay overall!

tired property

definitely not what I expected, the room was advertised as a sea view, yet I could only see a shipping container. Also, the property had a tired look, my bathroom was in dire need of a refresh, and you'd think as a valued guest, I'd receive a room upgrade for my troubles. I just couldn't give a good review after that.

The room was spacious with a lovely side balcony overlooking the scenic harbor, creating a breathtaking spot to relax. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and the large TV was a nice touch for unwinding. The reception staff were exceptional, assisting me with laundry after my three-week trip across New Zealand. The sea view from the balcony was a highlight, making mornings truly picturesque.

Spacious room, generous bathroom, complete with an extra-large shower featuring awesome water pressure and provided toiletries, all in a convenient location next to a café and a supermarket for easy exploration.

Incredible views from the room! The staff were super helpful and the kitchen was well-equipped for simple meals. Loved how close it was to all the main attractions, everything's within walking distance.
